  2. Acknowledgement and Order sent to parties *

  3. If ordered, Appeal Summary filed by Agency

  4. Hearing Notice sent to parties

    or

    1. Prehearing Conference Notice sent to parties. May include a Prehearing Questionnaire
    2. Prehearing Conference conducted by ALJ
    3. Prehearing Order issued

  5. Hearing Conducted by ALJ. May be in person, by telephone, or video conference

  6. Initial Order issued with Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law

    or

    Final Order issued by ALJ, when required by statute

State Appeals Committee review

  1. Party may request that State Appeals Committee (SAC) Review Initial Order *

  2. SAC meets to review the request

  3. Final Order issued by SAC

District Court review

  1. A Party may Request that a District Court Review the Final Order
