The Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) will hold all prehearings and hearings as scheduled unless the parties are notified by OAH that the prehearing or hearing has been cancelled or rescheduled. The prehearings and hearings will be held even if State of Kansas offices in Shawnee County or any other part of the state are closed because of bad weather.
Any party who fails to attend or participate in a prehearing conference, hearing, or other stage of an adjudicative proceeding may be held in default pursuant to K.S.A. 77‑520 of the Kansas Administrative Procedure Act.
